Currently, Inizio Medical is expanding its in-house Event, Conference & Travel team and is seeking a dedicated Event Project Manager. Working within a dynamic and supportive environment, the Event Project Manager will manage essential elements such as event logistics, client service delivery, and travel arrangements to ensure high-quality outcomes for each project. To succeed in this role, candidates should bring a minimum of three years of event management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, and be comfortable managing medium to large-sized events. • minimum of 3 years experience in event management • experience with medium to large sized events • willingness to travel and attend on-site events • familiarity with venue searching • knowledge of delegate management and onsite work • experience managing virtual and in-person meetings, platforms and event apps • prior experience in delegate registration website management • strong project management and prioritisation skills • excellent written and verbal communication • strong attention to detail • ability to work on multiple projects and adhere to deadlines • ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders
