The event tech team works closely with clients from strategy to program completion. Whether a board meeting for 10, an incentive program for 500, or a global meeting for 5,000, this Event Technology Manager will be an integral part of the company, creating extraordinary experiences that drive real business results. You will provide support to drive growth and profitability by increasing customers' experience by smoothly executing the conference plan; this is achieved primarily through technical conference setup and enhancing technical marketing materials management. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus, comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401k with 3% company match, PTO and Paid Holidays, an incredible company culture, and more! Responsibilities: • Implementation and project management of event registration websites, app builds, and all technological aspects of our events • Keep up to date on all emerging technologies, popular culture, and trends • Consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent project management • Manage client evaluation communications such as save-the-dates, invitations, registration, confirmations, etc.
