We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Event Sales Coordinator.
Position Overview
The Event Sales Coordinator supports the sales and execution of charter and private event business, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless planning and successful event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Quote, contract, and book future charter and event business
Coordinate event details from initial inquiry through execution
Prepare event contracts and related documentation
Conduct site inspections and assist with client walkthroughs
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational alignment
Qualifications
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable with computers and willing to learn a charter management system
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
Bilingual Japanese is a strong plus
Background or coursework in hospitality, sales, or event planning is helpful but not required
