Event Sales Coordinator

The Stars of Paradise family of companies (Star of Honolulu Cruises & Events, Royal Star Hawaii Trans & Tours, Rock-A-Hula, Paradise Kitchen, Paradise Imaging, and Paradise To-Go Entertainment) began over 68 years ago as a single Pearl Harbor cruise operator. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Event Sales Coordinator.

Position Overview

The Event Sales Coordinator supports the sales and execution of charter and private event business, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless planning and successful event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Quote, contract, and book future charter and event businessCoordinate event details from initial inquiry through executionPrepare event contracts and related documentationConduct site inspections and assist with client walkthroughsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure operational alignmentQualifications

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysComfortable with computers and willing to learn a charter management systemHighly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focusedBilingual Japanese is a strong plusBackground or coursework in hospitality, sales, or event planning is helpful but not requiredAdditional Information
