The Events Services Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of events hosted at GEI. This position supports all aspects of event operations, from pre-event planning to day of coordination and post event wrap up- while delivering exceptional service to clients, guests, and internal teams. • Being present during events to supervise setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs accordingly to plan and resolving any issues that arise promptly. • Interacting with clients and guests to address any concerns or special requests, providing a high level of customer service to enhance the overall experience. • Perform other duties as assigned.
