This role involves close collaboration with departments across the Institute to support a wide range of activities, from student orientations and wellness programs to community events, graduation ceremonies, and open houses. Strong organizational and communication skills, creative problem-solving, and a high level of attention to detail are essential. • Oversee all aspects of internal event planning as well as external event requests from community organizations, partner institutions, and other outside groups. • Experience in working with various stakeholders including internal departments, external partners, and vendors. Additional Requirements: • Proven success in event planning or coordination, with a portfolio of successfully executed events.
