• Responsible for the daily operations of the conference floor, including providing support and guidance to fellow staff to ensure a successful and effective operation ending in a positive client experience. • Meets with event planners to review event details, food orders, event agenda, decoration details, rentals, staffing and anything else that might be needed to be done to ensure a successful meeting or event. • Candidate must have ability to demonstrate excellent diplomacy and work collaboratively with artists, agents, other departments and constituents. • The ideal candidate must have the ability to work nights and weekends. • Knowledge of computer software including Windows, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint • Knowledge of event management software such as EBMS or Delphi system.
