Position Summary
----------------

The Event Setup Assistant will focus on preparing event spaces, organizing promotional materials, and supporting setup and breakdown activities. This position is well suited for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in an active environment.

Responsibilities
----------------

* Prepare event spaces before promotional activities begin
* Set up tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and equipment
* Organize event supplies and ensure materials are readily available
* Assist with transporting and positioning event materials
* Help maintain clean, safe, and organized event areas
* Support the event team during customer-facing activities
* Assist with packing, organizing, and storing materials after events
* Communicate supply or setup needs to the appropriate team member

Qualifications
--------------

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Reliable and physically comfortable with routine event setup tasks
* Strong organizational and teamwork skills
* Good attention to detail
* Able to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
* Professional and positive attitude
* Previous event, warehouse, retail, or setup experience is helpful but not required
