Galaxy Media Partners and Galaxy Events are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Event & Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love bringing events to life, and enjoy working with clients, vendors, and community partners, this is the perfect role for you. Social Media & Web Support • Assist with event promotion across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Qualifications • 1–3 years of event planning or project coordination experience (internships included) • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for events • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; design experience a plus • Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and assist with event setup as needed • Positive, solution-oriented attitude and a passion for live events You’ll work with a passionate team, play a visible role in the community, and gain hands-on experience across events, marketing, and digital media in an exciting, ever-evolving industry.
