The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events while ensuring exceptional experiences for clients and attendees. Responsibilities

Assist with the planning and coordination of company events and promotional activitiesCommunicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth event operationsSupport event setup, logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordinationMaintain event timelines and ensure deadlines are met efficientlyProvide excellent customer service and professional communication throughout all event stagesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and event successMonitor event activities and help resolve operational challenges when neededPrepare reports, event materials, and administrative documentation as required
