Event Specialist

Event Specialists are the face of Hub 757, providing excellent hospitality to all guests, clients, and vendors who attend or work booked events. The ES will be the leading staff member representing Hub 757 during events like weddings, business meetings, banquets, and productions. The Event Specialists is an extension of the Hub 757 Events Team and does not take the place of a planner during events. This part-time position requires you to be knowledgeable about events and guest services in order to provide the highest level of customer service. Always provide the highest quality of service to guestsWelcome clients, vendors, and guests as they arrive for the event and provide direction and information about the venueRemain present before, during, and after the event until all guests have exited the buildingSeek out ways to lend a hand during set up, the event, and tear downRelay guest inquiries about other events to Event Manager General sanitizing of spaces rented, as needed for spills or accidents Completing a pre and post event check of the building for all events workedAdministrative duties in preparation of eventsOther related duties may be assigned
