About The Role

We’re looking for an organized, energetic, and people-oriented Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of live events, pop-ups, promotional campaigns, and brand activations throughout New York.

As an Event Specialist, you’ll help coordinate the details that bring events together while also playing an active role on-site. You’ll work with guests, team members, vendors, and partners to keep events organized, answer questions, prepare materials, and ensure each event delivers a professional and engaging experience.

What You’ll Do

Support the planning and execution of live events, pop-ups, promotional events, and brand activationsAssist with event coordination, schedules, timelines, and on-site activitiesPrepare event materials, displays, signage, and promotional resourcesCoordinate event setup and breakdownCommunicate with vendors, partners, venues, and internal team membersWelcome guests and provide information throughout eventsAssist with registration, attendee flow, and general guest experienceAnswer questions about events, programs, products, and servicesMaintain organized and professional event spacesMonitor event materials and supplies throughout each activationHelp coordinate customer and attendee engagement activitiesWork with marketing teams to support event marketing initiativesGather attendee feedback and relevant event insightsTrack participation, engagement, and other event activityAssist with post-event organization and reportingContribute ideas for upcoming events and improvements to existing programs

What We’re Looking For

Strong organization and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable interacting with guests and working in customer-facing environmentsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and changing prioritiesProfessional, approachable, and dependableStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think quicklyComfortable working in fast-paced live event environmentsCollaborative and team-oriented work styleAvailability for occasional evening and weekend eventsAbility to lift or move event materials weighing up to 25 lbs

Previous experience in event planning, event coordination, event marketing, hospitality, promotions, customer service, marketing, brand activations, or another event-related role is helpful but not required.
