Globalteam helps U.S. businesses scale faster by building elite remote teams from Latin America vetted, full-time, and aligned to U.S. time zones. We’re hiring university students to represent Globalteam at a one-day conference/expo in Orlando. This is a high-energy, on-your-feet role — perfect for someone confident, social, and driven by performance bonuses- What You’ll Do • Proactively approach attendees and start short, friendly conversations • Use a simple qualifying script to identify good-fit prospects (owners/decision-makers) • Invite qualified prospects to book a quick follow-up call (QR + calendar link) • Capture lead details accurately (name, firm/company, role, email, hiring timeline) • Keep the booth organized and stocked (flyers, QR signage, tablets if used) • Coordinate with the on-site senior lead for call approval/verification) • Represent the brand professionally (tone, posture, business casual) Pay & Incentives • $25/hour (fixed) • 8 hours guaranteed for the event day • $20 bonus per booked call — only when the call is approved/verified by the on-site senior lead • $150 bonus per closed deal that happens within 30 days (attribution tied to the event lead)
