Event Specialist

We are working with our client to locate an Events Specialist to help support the Experience Required: • 4+ years of event planning, project coordination experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment • Attention to detail with proactive problem-solving • Drives projects from ideation to completion and contributes to the creative vision, translate ideas into tangible event elements, and think about how to engage attendees and convey key messages • Willingness to embrace a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly, especially in Keynote, Pages, Box, Quip, Webex • Crafting tailored messaging, writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Highly organized with the ability to work independently, execute multiple projects simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity while meeting deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage at all levels • Marketing and communications experience a plus Due to the nature of this virtual position, we anticipate a high number of responses from interested applicants. The pay range for this is $44.00 to $49.00 per hour.
