Position Summary

We are looking for energetic and reliable Event Staff members to assist with promotional activities, event preparation, and attendee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, interacts comfortably with the public, and takes pride in helping events run smoothly.

Responsibilities
----------------

* Assist with preparing event spaces, arranging materials, and organizing promotional displays.
* Welcome attendees and provide general information about event activities.
* Help distribute approved promotional materials and explain relevant company offerings.
* Support event registration, attendee direction, and other assigned activities.
* Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas throughout each assignment.
* Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and address changing event needs.
* Assist with setup and breakdown while following established safety procedures.
* Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. with a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications

* Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
