Event Supervisor

With a scheduled opening in October 2025, Brannan Center will be a contemporary, multipurpose building designed be a gathering place and home to many community groups who do not have adequate facilities for meetings and activities, a home for arts groups throughout the Napa Valley, and a destination for private events such as weddings, quinceañeras, and parties. The Event Supervisor is responsible for representing the venue and providing on-site management to event rental clients and attendees of Brannan Center sponsored programs in a highly professional manner. During events, Event Supervisors provide excellent customer service, enforce venue policies and procedures, ensure the safety of all guests, and are responsible for the security of the building. Event Supervisors must have experience managing events for a high-quality venue; excellent communication skills, familiarity with the logistics associated with meeting and event planning, box office operations, catering, and basic operating knowledge of audio-visual equipment. ● Supervises the duties of other event personnel while onsite (when applicable)
