Event Team Lead

We are looking for an Event Team Lead to manage operations and logistics for our various high-value collaborations. This position is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality or events who enjoys leading a team and creating memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Lead on-site event operations from setup through breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed smoothly and on schedule • Supervise, coordinate and schedule event staff, shuckers and service team members • Able to attend all Hearts of Pine Home Games and ensure the raw bar and special activations (such as oyster ice luge or Learn to Shuck stations) are properly set up and maintained during service • Co-manage Learn to Shuck events at Willard Beach • Co-manage Farm Tours with Captain and tour partners for bookings and on site logistics • Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for staff, venue teams, & clients as needed • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness & presentation throughout the event • Manage inventory and product flow for Catering and HOP with Snack Shack Line Cook, ensuring oysters, seafood, and service materials are properly stocked prior to service • Assist with loading, transporting, and organizing event equipment and supplies • Troubleshoot any operational issues quickly and professionally • Support a fun, welcoming & engaging environment that reflects the Lady Shuckers brand • Capture content at events, photos, reels to share to the Owner for company social media • Provide post-event feedback to improve future operations and team performance The ideal Event Team Lead for Lady Shuckers is a reliable, organized, and guest-focused hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced event environments. • A natural leader who can guide and support a team during busy events • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once • Friendly and personable, comfortable engaging with guests and representing the brand • Reliable and proactive, able to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly • Experienced in hospitality, catering, or event production • Comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor, and event-based environments • Previous oyster shucking experience highly desired, must be willing to learn if no prior experience • Interested in food culture, seafood, and experiential events • A passion for oysters, sustainability, comfort and familiarity with our existing operations and creating fun, interactive guest experiences is a big plus.
