Events and Forensics Operations Coordinator

The CHC Events and Forensics Operations Coordinator is a vital role within the Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon, responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of a diverse range of events throughout the academic year. This position collaborates closely with the CHC Director of Alumni and Community Engagement and the Director of Forensics, ensuring that all events align with the college's mission and enhance the student experience. In addition to event planning, the coordinator will support the UO Forensics and Mock Trial teams, implementing program and institutional rules while monitoring student compliance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of individuals are also essential for success in this position. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree plus three years of progressively responsible experience in event planning and operations, or five years of progressively responsible experience in event planning and operations.
