Events and Marketing Coordinator

Over the past five years, we’ve grown rapidly, with special events and community engagement playing a key role in our $2 million revenue budget. As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we’re seeking an Events and Marketing Coordinator to help bring our mission to life through compelling storytelling, strong community partnerships, and exceptional event experiences. You will be responsible for planning and executing Little Hands Virginia’s high-impact fundraising events and leading day-to-day marketing and communications efforts. The Events and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Development, Assistant Director of Development, the Board of Directors, Richmond Advisory Board, and planning committees to support fundraising goals and strengthen our brand presence in the community. Experience: 2–4 years in events, marketing, communications, or nonprofit development preferred.
