Events and Sales Manager

This role is primarily remote (work-from-home) but may require periodic in-person organization and oversight at our commissary kitchen. Instead, it focuses on behind-the-scenes sales, logistics, scheduling, compliance, and ensuring everything is event-ready. Responsibilities • Handle phone, email, and web inquiries for potential catering events, weddings, or corporate functions, responding to inquiries within 24 hours • Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, caterers, and entertainment providers to secure the best terms and services • Aggressively follow up on leads • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts • Obtain necessary permits, COI's, and any other required documentation • Close catering and food truck bookings • Coordinate all event logistics while maintaining high standards of quality • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service Pay: $300.00 - $1,000.00 per week Benefits: • 401(k)
