Events Assistant

Arthrex is a fast-growing Medical Device company in the Healthcare sector, specialising in the world of Sports Medicine but busy disrupting multiple other areas, including Extremities & Trauma, Biologics and Theatre Capital. Your role will be responsible for the planning and implementation of internal and external events within the Medical Sector, with a particular focus on supporting the coordination and delivery of over 200 UK Arthrolab workshops (bespoke customer training events), up to 50 overseas bookings in sister labs across EMEA, and approximately 150 external congresses of varying size nationally. You will manage and support the day‑to‑day event coordination and delivery at all assigned events, working closely with events colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers. • Provide feedback and budget reports as requested.
