Every great event starts with a team that knows how to make things happen. We're looking for an enthusiastic Events Assistant to help us plan, coordinate, and deliver memorable experiences for our clients and guests.

Whether you've helped organize events before or you're looking to break into the industry, this is an exciting opportunity to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. If you're organized, energetic, and enjoy working with people, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same. One day you might be helping prepare for a product launch, and the next you'll be coordinating event logistics or welcoming guests as they arrive.

You'll help with:

Assisting with the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional eventsCommunicating with vendors, venues, and event partnersPreparing event materials, signage, and suppliesSupporting event setup, registration, and guest check-inHelping keep projects on schedule by tracking timelines and task listsAssisting with post-event wrap-up and feedback collectionWorking closely with the marketing and events team to deliver outstanding experiences

Enjoy working with people and thrive in team environmentsStay organized, even when juggling multiple tasksHave strong communication skillsTake initiative and enjoy solving problemsAre comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceCan occasionally lift event materials weighing up to 25 pounds

Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, retail, or administrative support is helpful, but not required. Paid training is provided.
