We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized PT Events Assistant to join our team and help bring our vision to life through unforgettable in-person experiences. This role is a paid position. Key Responsibilities: • Support event planning and logistics from concept to execution • Assist with vendor coordination, setup, and breakdown • Help manage event check-ins, product displays, and guest engagement • Ensure the event space reflects our brand aesthetic and energy • Capture behind-the-scenes content and help manage social media moments on-site • Provide support during workshops, pop-ups, and community activations • Maintain event supplies and manage inventory as needed
