Rochester Downtown Development Corporation (RDDC) is seeking a seasonal part-time Marketing and Events Assistant for the 2026 event season (May through October). Responsibilities • Support the RDDC team and vendors in the execution of events and activations • Assist with set-up and tear-down of event materials • Provide on-site staff support during events • Support marketing efforts for all events • Assist with vendor and event partner coordination and communication • Provide weekly tracking, reporting, and follow-up of public space conditions • Assist the organization with general marketing and office tasks such as preparing social media content, meeting preparation, office maintenance, mailings, and other projects as assigned · You are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in your work · Be able to start in May 2026 The pay for this position ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 an hour and is dependent on experience and qualifications.
