We are partnering with a prestigious private club to find an Events & Banquets Coordinator who brings strong values, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to excellence. • Review event details, billing information, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Gather feedback from clients, management, and staff to help improve service quality and event execution. 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, or banquet operationsProven ability to manage events from planning through execution and follow-upStrong presence on the floor with the ability to lead and support event operationsExcellent communication skills with clients, kitchen, and service teamsAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events. Experience in private clubs, hotels, upscale restaurants, catering, or conference services.Familiarity with event software or POS systems (e.g., Cater Ease, Jonas Club).Knowledge of food & beverage operations and banquet service standards.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
