The Napa Valley Reserve is a private winegrowing estate and club whose Members share a passion for fine wine and all that it encompasses. The Events Coordinator is responsible for daily support to the Events Department. This position requires a high level of discretion, organization, and attention to detail to perform the essential duties necessary directly related to the policies and practices of events. The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Assist Events department with all aspects of expediting events, including but not limited to; creating timelines, preparing event materials, setting up tastings and preparing our premium wines for service.
