About the Role: Lowndes, Florida-based law firm with national reach, is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of a wide range of firm events including client events both social and educational, employee recognition events, offsite attorney retreats, recruiting events, and catered events of all kinds. If you love logistics, working with people, and making events run seamlessly behind the scenes, this role puts you at the center of the Lowndes’ marketing, employee recognition, and engagement efforts. Responsibilities: • Manage all event logistics: venues, catering, decor, A/V, room setup, materials, and guest experience • Support on-site event needs including setup, registration, guest assistance, and light food & beverage service (wine/beer) • Build relationships with venues and vendors, negotiating pricing and services • Track and manage event and meal budgets • Process check/payment requests • Support the annual budget planning by providing guidance to firm leadership • Work closely with all firm departments including IT, Building Services, Marketing, Human Resources, Recruiting, and more • Maintain event supplies and materials • Keep organized records of events, vendors, and expenses Skills/Abilities: • Must be available outside of normal business hours, as required for event support, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends • Professional, polished, and service-minded presence • Exceptional organization and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment • Maintains confidentiality and works well with all levels of staff and leadership
