Events Coordinator

At the direction of the Manager of the Gasparilla Bowl, the Clearwater Softball Invitational, and ESPN Events Basketball Invitational, the Tampa-based ESPN office is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, budgeting, sponsorship support and tracking, event planning, and client communication. Sponsorship Support • Support on-site execution events as assigned • Experience in event operations and sponsor management.
