As the Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from college fairs to graduation ceremonies. If you have a strong background in event planning, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional events, we want to hear from you!\n\nPlan and coordinate a variety of events, including but not limited to college fairs, graduation ceremonies, and networking events.\n\nDevelop and maintain event budgets, ensuring all events are executed within allocated funds.\n\nCollaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure events align with the university's mission and goals.\n\nResearch and negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and services for events.\n\nOversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation.\n\nCreate and manage event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.\n\nCoordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events to the university community.\n\nManage event registration and attendee lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.\n\nConduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.\n\nEstablish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as local businesses and community organizations, to enhance the university's event offerings.\n\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of events.\n\nAct as a point of contact for event-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.\n\nUphold and enforce university policies and procedures during events.\n\nEnsure events are inclusive and accessible to all members of the university community.\n\nMaintain accurate event records and financial documentation.
