**The Event Coordinator works closely with internal and external customers to plan to oversee and execute events with low to medium levels of complexity. Events may include internal or external meetings, business marketing and entertainment functions, company gatherings, and community events. Activities are self-directed and performed under intermittent supervision. Activities include, gathering information from multiple sources, identifying providers and support resources, travel coordination, conducting research and making site visits, determine space layouts and coordinating support activities including catering, facilities, audio/video and security.**

Salary Statement

The hourly range for this position is $23.80-29.75. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
