About The Role

We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support our growing events program from our SF office.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience across building a world class events program.

You'll play an important role in creating the experiences that bring together customers, founders, investors, and partners. No two days will look exactly the same. One day you may be coordinating travel, and the next you may be helping execute an executive dinner or company event.

Responsibilities

Events & Experiences

Support the planning and execution of events ranging from: executive dinners, networking events, fireside chats, conferences, and customer experiencesCoordinate event logistics, attendee communications, and event materialsAssist with venue selection, vendor management, and onsite executionSupport event preparation, execution, and post-event follow-upHelp create memorable experiences for customers, partners, investors, and prospectsSupport the growth of Niural's events and community programsOn occasion, help create an exceptional employee experience by supporting day-to-day office operations

Requirements

3-4 years of professional experience in operations, events, hospitality, executive support, recruiting coordination, customer experience, or a related fieldAbility to lift 50 lbs - this is a very physically demanding position, incumbent will need to be able to move marketing materials and office equipmentExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProfessional demeanor and strong attention to detailAbility to work in-person from our SF office five days per week

Nice to Have

Experience with Google WorkspaceExperience supporting company eventsExperience coordinating executive schedules or travelStartup experienceFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Luma, Notion, or Navan

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience.
