Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement, the Events Coordinator will be responsible for a team of direct reports. • Provides on the job coaching, mentoring and motivating to ensure that assigned brand ambassadors stay on task. • Holds the brand ambassadors responsible for the behaviors that are needed to meet or exceed performance. • Organization skills are a must and must be maintained at all times. • Home improvement experience is a plus but not required.
