This position is integral to the planning, implementation, coordination, and execution of events associated with special initiatives prioritized by Undergraduate Admissions, UC Riverside, and UCOP. This includes setting and adhering to budgets, logistical planning, and managing publications related to the events. The Events Coordinator will also maintain the departmental publication inventory and fulfill all requests and shipments for publications. , • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. , • Knowledge of policies and procedures related to event management in higher education.
