Position Overview: The Event Coordinator is a key member of the Development Office, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of major fundraising and community engagement events throughout the school year. • Coordinate volunteer participation for events, ensuring strong engagement from the school community. In addition to oversight and coordination of events, the Event Coordinator will also provide support to the Director of Development as needed to include: • Assist the Director of Development with donor relations, including preparing solicitation materials, acknowledgments, and stewardship reports. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
