Events Coordinator

HONOLULU Marketing Director This includes coordinating logistics, programming and décor, as well as: • o Select and manage outside vendors necessary to execute the events in a way that reflects positively on the brand. • o Communicate frequently and effectively to the rest of the sales, marketing, and editorial teams about event details • o Present past event recaps and upcoming event plans at monthly brand planning meetings and to sponsors. Manage each event’s performance to objectives, making recommendations to team at frequent points along the way to make necessary changes or modifications to stay on track. • Assist with sponsor negotiations when necessary.
