Keller Williams Recognition in 2024: • Glassdoor "Best Places to Work 2024" • 2024 Best Place for Working Parents • Entrepreneur "2024 Franchise 500 Hall of Fame" • Franchise Business Review "2024 Top Franchise for Women" • Realtor Mag "2024 NAR 30 under 30" • Franchise Business Review "Culture 100" Operations • Coordinates the planning, organization, and execution of assigned Tier 1 events from start to finish • Collaborates with clients, vendors, and peers to ensure the delivery of event objectives and timelines • Facilitates client relationship management and event reconciliation • Administers event support tasks including budget learning and tracking, vendor management, and onsite logistics • Maintains the Events department email queue and provides exemplary customer service through timely and courteous responses • Assists with company-wide digital meetings, trainings, announcements, and presentations, including playing music, running Zoom music, and highlighting/spotlighting speakers • Assists with and provides support for company-wide initiatives and team member engagement experiences • Performs assigned deliverables in event project plans to contribute to the overall event success Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree • Minimum of two (2) years of event coordination experience • Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments • Flexibility to work irregular business hours due to event schedules • Willingness to travel up to 20% • Polished and professional demeanor Preferred Requirements • Experience in a customer-facing environment or office operations role • Familiarity with building management coordination Work is performed in a business office environment.
