We’re seeking an Events and Communications Coordinator to support the planning and execution of employee and executive events at eBay. Support the planning and execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events aligned to eBay’s business priorities and employee experience.Assist with maintaining the event calendar, tracking timelines, achievements, and deliverables across multiple programs.Help prepare event materials including run of show documents, briefing docs, and logistics trackers. Partner with Internal Comms, Facilities, Catering, AV, IT, Security, and other teams to support event logistics and coordination.Assist with registration platforms, attendee tracking, and communications to ensure a smooth participant experience.Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external partners. 3+ years of experience supporting corporate events, hospitality, marketing events, or related fields.Experience assisting with in-person, virtual, or hybrid events, with an understanding of basic event logistics and coordination.Familiarity with event tools and platforms (e.g., registration systems, project trackers, or collaboration tools) is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Clear and professional communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple events or priorities at once.Willingness to learn event production elements such as AV, staging, and run of show execution.Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure during live events.Basic understanding of budgeting or expense tracking is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
