Quality & Operations Support • Provide administrative support for custom platform and listserv systems • Monitor support tickets and follow up on incomplete items • Assist with testing and quality assurance checks for system updates • Update SOPs, workflows, and reference documentation • Support additional operational projects across departments as directed Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience supporting events, logistics, meetings, or nonprofit operations • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in deadline-driven environments • Experience using project-tracking tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, or similar) • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality assurance • Collaborative mindset and willingness to step in where needed • Ability to travel and provide onsite support for COA events (Select all that apply) • Smartsheet • Asana • Excel spreadsheets • Other • None • How many years of experience do you have supporting events, meetings, or event logistics? • Yes • Somewhat • No • This is a full-time, in-person position based in Virginia Beach, VA.
