Recurrent’s Military is seeking a remote Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of large-scale live and virtual events serving the military and veteran community, including the Military Influencer Conference (MIC), MilSpouseFest (MSF), and other strategic initiatives. The Events Coordinator will work closely with clients, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery of all event-related activations, supporting logistics, communications, and execution from concept through completion. • Manage communications with speakers, including confirmations, logistics, and collection of presentation materials. Collaboration & Culture • Work cross-functionally with marketing, editorial, and operations teams to enhance the overall attendee and sponsor experience.
