Events Director / Coordinator

About HBL:Hawai‘i Bicycling League (HBL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to enable more people to ride bicycles for health, recreation, and transportation through advocacy, education, and events. The position is based at HBL office in Kaimuki. The Events Director will lead the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of all major and small-scale events, managing event budgets, timelines, staff, and volunteers to ensure each event reflects HBL’s mission and achieves participation and fundraising goals. The Events Coordinator will support event planning and implementation, handling key logistics, volunteer coordination, and participant communications to ensure smooth and successful events, under the guidance of the Executive Director while developing the skills and experience to take on greater leadership responsibilities. For Both Levels: • Experience in event planning, project coordination, or related work.
