This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of event logistics—from concept development and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event evaluation. Event Planning & Execution • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for events ranging from small donor gatherings to large-scale events including WTVP’s 40 Leaders Under Forty Awards Event. • Manage event registration, guest communications, and post-event follow-up.
