Events Management Associate

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Bachelor's Degree required4 years of experience with events, project management, business management, or corporate communications, in a client-facing roleExceptional planning and time management skills with a strong focus on logistical coordination and executionExhibits high-level executive presence when interacting with senior leaders and excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of time management, prioritization and ability to execute against deliverables with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to build reporting, analyze data and streamline information and proven ability to work in a matrix management organization structure Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet using sound judgement to address and/or mitigate issues as neededSelf-aware and receptive to constructive feedback, continuously striving for personal and professional growth, also a team player with a positive attitude and commitment to successDemonstrates initiative and is able to drive projects forward independentlyProven ability to manage events on-site, representing the firm professionally and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders, some travel requiredProficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint About Us J.P.
