Review all function space with the event team. Ensure the satisfaction of the client at the outset of all events. • Participate in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business. • Proven success in a similar role, prefer 4 years of Catering, Event & Wedding experience in a luxury market. • Travel for internal sales and marketing meetings.
