Our client, a prominent university in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Temporary Events Manager in their Innovation department. This person will be owning the events management process for iHQ Residents and Clients renting and reserving spaces in iHQ, including reservation system, events calendar, client communications, internal communications with rest of Operations team. Ideal candidates will be proactive and deeply motivated by providing excellent service and communication with event planners. They will also have experience in low-code software (Airtable and Wordpress).
