The vision for the College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Computing is to offer undergraduate and graduate degree programs that prepare USF students for high-demand careers, empower faculty to conduct scholarly research that leads to groundbreaking discoveries and technological advancements, grow industry partnerships and promote ethical considerations and trust throughout the digital transformation underway in our world. This position is responsible for managing the strategy and planning of unit meetings, conferences, and/or special events, including social, educational, entertainment, and fundraising events. The Event Manager will be responsible for creating positive and memorable experiences that reflect the college's commitment to innovation, leadership, and scholarship in these rapidly advancing fields. Evaluate program and event histories, budget considerations, contractual provisions, and planning committee recommendations to determine requirements as to space, facilities, technology, equipment, lodging, catering, and on-site management Bachelor's degree and four years experience in a related field or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.
