Events Manager

The Events Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of our event facilities, including marketing and maintaining rentable spaces. Key responsibilities include conducting tours for prospective clients, coordinating event logistics/contracts, and arranging overnight accommodations in our onsite AirBNBs, when necessary. • Maintain database and all software entries to reflect real time reservations and payments for all rentable spaces • Execute contracts quickly for reservations to ensure the client understands all requirements for use of space and monetary obligations associated with the rental.
