The role is central to the organization’s mission of connecting entrepreneurs to vital networks and exposing their talents to investors and the broader Tulsa community through impactful events. This includes drafting event briefs, securing and managing vendors such as venues, catering, and audio/visual services, overseeing event setup and teardown, managing merchandise inventory, and integrating event branding with the marketing team. • High school diploma or GED • Minimum 3 years experience in program coordination, account management, alumni support, or related roles • At least 1-2 years social media management experience • Strong administrative and project tracking skills with digital tools • Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders • Passion for entrepreneurship and economic equity • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and relationship management skills • Experience with Webflow, Gmail, Google Docs, Asana, Slack, Hubspot, Sprout Social, Eventbrite, and AI tools • Must live in or relocate to Tulsa, OK or surrounding area • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use a computer regularly • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally • Must communicate clearly in person and digitally
