By actively refining event strategies and continuously evolving the event portfolio, the Manager will enhance the effectiveness and engagement of all events. Event Logistics: • Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation to ensure seamless event operations. • Oversee all aspects of program and event execution for external cross-practice programs such as client briefings, attorney speaking engagements, special events and other programs related to marketing initiatives. Team Leadership And Strategy • Oversee and guide the events team, ensuring effective coordination and execution of marketing events, while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to enhance team performance and event success. • Assist in the development and regular reporting of meaningful metrics that help improve the efficiency of the events and sponsorships function and demonstrate the value of the firm’s marketing events investments.
