Events Manager

Company Description Rancher Hat Bar is a very fast growing company expanding to multiple locations by the end of the year. We are a fun, rowdy company that cares about our staff that has become family and we hope to carry that throughout our expansion. Customers fly across the country and know our staff by name, you are becoming apart of the brand. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly (same-day) to all new event inquiries via email and phone • Schedule and conduct both virtual and in-person meetings with clients • Sell event packages and products to nationwide companies and organizations • Prepare proposals, pricing sheets, and follow-up communications • Manage balance sheets and spreadsheets for • Maintain accurate and organized event and client records using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Drive) • Collaborate with the current Events Manager to ensure consistent communication and seamless event planning • Track leads, sales, and performance metrics in spreadsheets and CRM tools • Outreach and bring your own leads in • Assist in planning logistics for corporate, retail, and promotional events • Represent the Rancher Hat Bar brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail • Assist in warehouse and pack bags for • Handle all invoicing/spreadsheets with accounts receivable and work closely with accountant.
