Events Manager

This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at the La Jolla campus and remotely. Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Global Initiatives, the Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events at the university—including conferences, meetings, trainings, receptions, and delegation visits. • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to work successfully with clients to produce high quality events that meet client needs and appropriately represent the campus for fundraising events. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
